Dana Morse. Dana earned her law degree from Santa Clara University Law School in 2000 where she was a member of the legal honors fraternity. During law school, Dana worked as a summer associate with the family law division of Ropers, Majeski, Kohn and Bentley’s San Jose office where she discovered her passion for family law. Dana went on to practice for many years in Ropers, Majeski’s Los Angeles office before returning to the Bay Area where she took some time off to raise her children. Dana joined the law office of Shannon Stein in 2015.
Dana is an experienced attorney and passionate advocate who works closely with clients to guide them through the tension that arises in complex dissolutions and contested custody issues. Dana uses a hands-on approach to achieve effective solutions tailored to each client’s needs and places a priority on protecting family interests. Dana represents clients in all aspects of family law, including child custody and visitation, domestic violence, spousal and child support, property characterization, asset characterization and division as well as drafting and negotiating marital settlement agreements.
Dana handles cases in San Mateo, Santa Clara and other counties upon request.
